Reservation and confirmation

You can apply for a reservation by means of the reservation form on our website. We will do our best to reply as soon as possible. A reservation is only definite after you have received a definite confirmation with instructions for your payment. If you make the reservation through the reservation form on our website we do not charge any costs. We preserve ourselves the right to refuse a reservation without any statement of reasons.

Advance payment and payment manner

Within 8 days after reception of the confirmation you make an advance payment of 25% of the total amount.

Accommodations: You pay the other 75% 4 weeks before arrival at the latest.

Pitches: You pay the rest of the amount upon arrival, in cash only. In case of late arrival or early departure there will be no refund.

Unfortunately, we do not accept creditcards or other cards. We do not charge further administrative costs.

Cancellation

Accommodations: If you cancel up to 8 weeks before the arrival date you recover the complete advance payment, minus 20 euros cancellation costs and bank costs. If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival, the advance payment is not refunded. If you cancel within 4 weeks before the arrival date the whole amount is due.

Pitches: If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the arrival date you recover the complete advance payment, minus 20 euros cancellation costs and bank costs. If you cancel within 4 weeks before the arrival date, the advance payment is not refunded.

Please remember to take out a policy on the cancellation of your holiday.

Security

If you rent an accommodation, we will ask a guarantee of EUR 100,- at arrival – per chalet or mobile home. This guarantee is returned to you at the end of your stay if the inventory is produced undamaged, complete and cleaned.

Arrival/departure

Accommodations: On the day of your arrival the chalet or mobile home is available as from 16.00h. On the day of your departure you will leave the chalet or mobile home before 11.00h cleared and cleaned.

Pitches: On the day of your arrival the pitch is available as from 12.00h. On the day of your departure you will leave your pitch before 12.00h, free (and cleared).

Dogs

On Domaine Les Angeles unfortunately dogs are not allowed.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is available to all of our guests during the opening hours. The use is however at own risk. Children without supervision of their parents are not allowed within the fences of the swimming pool. Domaine Les Angeles does not provide supervision by a bath superintendent and explicitly accepts no liability for the use of the swimming pool.

Damage

For damage to buildings, equipments and green areas on the campsite the instigator or his legal representative will be held responsible. Possible costs for replacement or repair will always be recovered.

Liability

Domaine Les Angeles accepts absolutely no liability for damage or lesion of campers or guests concerning camping on the campsite and the use of facilities, buildings and equipments of the campground. This applies in particular to the use of the swimming pool. Parents are at all time responsible for the behaviour of their children.
